Patisserie Pinkie Eindhoven

Op een bijzondere locatie in Eindhoven zit sinds eind Augustus een hele fijne patisserie. Bij Pinkie draait alles om zoete liefde. Pinkie is gevestigd in het oude Philips complex aan de halvemaanstraat in Eindhoven. In het gezellige winkeltje met knus proeflokaal vind je een assortiment van muffins, luxe taartjes, macarons, koekjes en chocolade. Alles ziet er even prachtig uit dus kiezen is best lastig....het is mij na lang twijfelen toch gelukt om niet met het complete assortiment naar buiten te huppelen. On a very special location in Eindhoven you can find a brand new patisserie. At Pinkie it is all about sweet love. Pinkie is located in the old Philips complex at the halvemaanstraat in Eindhoven. In the cute store with cozy tasting area are lots of sweet gems available. Muffins, cookies, deluxe pastry, macarons and chocolate. Everything looks so beautiful so choosing was quite difficult for me, I did manage to take just a few items home ;) Let's check those sweet goodies out.

My name is Crystal and i am a patisserie-aholic :-)

Sometimes you just need something sweet to cheer you up and a good way to do that
is by spoiling yourself with some high end pasty or chocolates. My new favorite adress
is patisserie de rouw in Vught. I know all the good ones in Amsterdam, but I got bored
with those, so I needed something new and unknown to discover :-)
I tried their Florentines and king size macarons.....oooooh my! But I am not allowed to pig out on these delicious treats, I can have one of each every day and one is satisfying. The florentines are nuts and cherries in honey and chocolate and will make you close your eyes and go to pastryheaven for a little while. The macarons are just as delicious, the problem is...which one will you try first :-) Have a great weekend!

Soms heb je iets zoets nodig om jezelf even op te vrolijken/trakteren en een hele goede manier om dat te doen is met de heerlijkheden van Patisserie de rouw in Vught. Mijn nieuwe lievelingsadresje voor zoete verwennerijen. Ik ken het complete assortiment van de Amsterdamse patisseriën onderhand wel uit mijn hoofd, dus ik was echt toe aan iets nieuws. Ik heb mezelf getrakteerd op de florentines en macarons en wauw......Maar ik schrok alles niet meteen naar binnen, dit is een echte traktatie hier moet je van genieten, ik mag er een van elk per dag en geloof me, eentje is echt bevredigend :-) Florentines zijn kleine feestjes van noten, gekonfijte kersen, honing en chocolade, neem een hap en je bent even in de patisseriehemel. De macarons zijn heerlijk alleen een probleem....welke smaak ga je eerst proberen ;-) Fijn weekend allemaal!
