De mascara zit al in een fantastische verpakking, goud en fuchsiaroze zijn zo een heerlijke combinatie! Het borsteltje pakt meteen alle haartjes. Ik zet altijd eerst de basis aan en dan rol ik de mascara in een opwaartse beweging langs mijn wimpers. Ik heb best veel wimpers waardoor sommige wimpers een beetje aan elkaar zitten, maar ja deze mascara brengt zo fijn aan dus het kan ook aan mijn enthousiasme gelegen hebben. Deze mooie mascara is verkrijgbaar in 4 kleuren voor €32,00

Available in 4 shades, this mascara has a fabulous look and the brush really reaches all those tiny lashes. I love the length it creates on my lashes. I have a lot of lashes so I noticed some of them are stuck together, but that might have been the result of me applying this over excited. I start at the base and work my way up in an upward movement while rolling the brush.

De naam Babydoll is een oudgediende uit het YSL beautygamma, en een door mij intens geliefde geur, ananas, rozen, tonka, vanille en zwarte bessen vormden de voor mij meest waarneembare noten van deze zoete, quasi onschuldige maar oh zo verleidelijke geur. Er was destijds ook een shower foam, een slagroom die rook naar de heerlijkste patisserie om mee te douchen. Toen de geur uit de handel ging heb ik er nog zoveel mogelijk opgekocht...maar aan elke voorraad komt een eind.. Ik hoop dus ook dat het Babydoll gamma een enorm succes wordt, wie weet wordt de speelse en kokette geur dan ook weer tot leven gewekt, (in ieder geval de shower foam dan pleaaaaase YSL "klappert onschuldig met mijn door de mascara volume effect faux cils babydoll omhulde wimpers).

Aan de mascara zelf zal het zeker niet liggen, de beloofde lengte is zeer aanwezig en mijn wimpers blijven zacht en flexibel. Ik ga deze ook zeker in het bruin aanschaffen, of ook maar meteen in het blauw en paars?

If the name Babydoll rings a bell, you are correct! This was a YSL fragrance a couple of years ago and I still miss the innocent with an edge scent of tonka, vanilla, pineapple, rose and blackcurrant. The bath range included a shower foam and let me tell you, taking a shower with that was like showering in a deluxe patisserie full of whipped cream and fruits, so yum! But it got discontinued...I purchased as many shower foams as I could but there are none left now. Hope the Babydoll mascara really becomes a hit so who knows, they might revive the fragrance?? Or at least the showerfoam, pretty pleaaaase YSL? (heavily batting  with my lashes covered in volume effet faux cils babydoll mascara). 

The mascara seriously delivers, my lashes are ultra long and yet soft and flexible. I am so getting this in brown as well...perhaps the blue and purple too?
