Collistar summer 2011 sun effect make-up skittle swatches

The sun effect make up collections offers 5 great shades of polish. I did skittles of 4 and a full mani of light blue (I will show those later this week, save the best for last right ;) All are 2 coats, formula is really nice. Amethist is a vibrant purple creme, I really like this purple (yes I repeat, I like this purple lol)
Dove grey is a warm dark taupe, not the type of color I think of in the summer, but I really loved it on my tan skin, in fall and winter I always think I am too pale to pull those shades of, so good thinking collistar!
Sour Cherry is a maraschino jelly, makes your nails look like those candied cherries, YUM!
Bougainville is a pretty hot pink, maybe not a shocking new shade, but it has a good formula and with a good pink you can never go wrong right?
Light blue is a shimmery light blue, seriously not your typical baby blue.
I liked amethist, dove grey and light blue the most. I would have never worn a taupe in the summer if I did not try these polishes, so I am really surprised and pleased with these shades.

Amethist is een felle paarse cremelak, ik vind dit een hele mooie tint paars (ja ik herhaal ik vind dit een hele mooie tint paars lol)
Dove grey is een creme in een warme taupe tint, heel grappig ik zou uit mezelf nooit een taupe pakken in de zomer, maar in de herfst en winter vind ik altijd dat ik er van die bleke grijze handjes door krijg, hele goeie zet van collistar om deze tint in de zomer uit te brengen want op mn bruine handjes staat het errug leuk vind ikzelf :)
Sour Cherry is net een marashino-kersje, je nagels zijn net snoepjes met deze jelly achtige lak.
Bougainville is een mooie hot pink, niet de meest vernieuwende kleur maar met deze tint zit je altijd goed en de lak is erg fijn dus als je deze kleur nog niet in je bezit hebt is dit een goede keuze.
Light blue is een blauwe lak met shimmer, donkerder dan babyblauw en door die shimmers erg zomers.

Amethist, dove grey en light blue zijn mijn favorieten, ben echt zo verrast door de taupe! Kortom een leuke afwisselende collectie.
