Essie Smooth sailing is a periwinkle blue with shimmer, you might think is this similar to coat azure? (that was what i was thinking when I first saw this) but Coat azure is more pale blue and has much smaller shimmer particles. The formula of this was smooth and nice, this is 2 coats, no topcoat. This really looks like the sun shimmering on the ocean, calm and serene but simply stunning.
Smooth sailing van Essie is een korenbloemblauwe tint met flinke shimmers. Mijn eerste gedachte was 'heb ik dit niet eerder gezien?' Maar coat azure is een stuk lichter van tint en heeft veel kleinere shimmerdeeltjes. Deze lak was erg fijn in gebruik en dit zijn 2 laagjes zonder topcoat. Dit doet me echt denken aan de zon die op de zee weerkaatst, kalm en sereen maar beeldschoon.
