My favorite hair products

Het heeft jaren, veel tranen en frustratie en vele honderden euros gekost, maar ik heb nu een aantal haarproducten waar ik redelijk trouw aan ben, simpelweg omdat ze doen wat ze moeten doen, mijn krullen met complex in bedwang houden. Het zit zo, de ene dag zijn ze er wel, en de andere niet, maar nu weet ik hoe ik ze blij moet maken en dan doen ze precies wat ik wil, kijk....daar hou ik van!

Ik took me several years, a lot of tears and frustration and hundreds (maybe even thousands hmmm) of euros but i finally mamaged to find some products that i am loyal to, because they do what they should do, keep my complexfilled curls happy and in control. you have to know one day i have curls, the next day they are hiding, but now I know how to keep my curls happy and make them do what I want them to do, and that's what ik like!

Redken color extend sun shampoo
Ruikt naar het zomerzonnetje en maakt mijn haar goed schoon, haalt chloor en zout uit je haar, bevat een uv filter (jaja ook je haar heeft te lijden van de zon) en herstelt door de zon beschadigd haar.
Smells like the summersun and really cleanses my hair, removes chlorine and salt, contains uv filter (your hair gets damaged by the sun too) and restores moisture and shine.

Sebastian Molding Mud
het cultproduct van Sebastian, het lijkt op een rare brei maar het ruikt heerlijk een geeft echt definitie aan mijn krullen, ook heel erg geschikt voor rommelige korte koppies.
The cult product from Sebastian looks like a weird goo but it smells great and really defines my curls, also very suitable for short haired out of bed looks.

L'Oreal tech-ni art fix anti frizz hairspray
Ik mishandel mijn haar af en toe door het eerst met de stijltang te martelen en dan in grove klittenbandrollers te zetten. Maar als ik deze haarspray gebruik heb ik er zeker een dag of 4 plezier van zonder dat de boel begint te pluizen, ik heb al die dagen geen omkijken naar mijn haar (mits het gaat regenen maar dan valt mijn haar toch niet te redden.....)
I ocassionaly abuse my hair by straigtening it with a straightening iron and use velcro rollers (the ones that stay in the hair by itself). But when I use this hairspray it will last for a minimum of 4 days without frizzyness and misery (unless it's raining...than there is no salvation possible)

Lush Curly Wurly shampoo
De eeste keer dat ik deze shampoo gebruikte dacht ik wtf! Er zitten namelijk stukjes cocos in wat heel gek aanvoelt, maar het resultaat whoohooo!!! Ik heb in tijden niet zulke glanzende veerkrachtige krullen gehad en de shampoo ruikt naar vanille en cocos en laat dat nou net mijn favoriete geur zijn.....Bovendien wast deze shampoo schoner dan schoon enne...ook nog eens heel lief voor het milieu en de beestjes, want proefdiervrij en gemaakt van vegetarische ingredienten, dus verwennerij voor jezelf en een betere wereld.
The first time I used this shampoo I tought wtf! There are little pieces of coconut in this shampoo and that feels really weird when you use it for the first time, but the result whoohoo! It makes my curls so bouncy and shiny and this shampoo smells like vanilla and coconut, my favorite thing in the whole world! This shampoo cleanses like no other...besides this shampoo is really sweet for the environment and animals, no animal testing and all vegetarian ingredients, so pamper yourself and our beautiful earth.

Sebastian Potion 9
Styling en verzorging ineen, ik gebruik dit altijd als mijn haar nog vochtig is en zeker als ik die dag mijn haar ga stylen als bescherming tegen de hitte van de stijltang. Ruikt naar perzikjes en nectarines.
Styling and care in one product, I always use this on damp hair and especially when I use the straightening iron that day. Smells like peaches and nectarines
