Butter London The Colour Clash |
The Butter London Colour Clash collection is exclusive to the US and offers 6 bright non traditional fall shades and guess what? I totally love that! Sure on gloomy rainy days I totally dig some moody warm fall colours but these brights totally cheer me up. The formula of these polishes blew me away, even the lime/yellow hybrid Wellies applied nicely (usually those shades are a nightmare to apply) Let's check out the colours.

Cake Hole 2 coats, no topcoat
Cake hole is a bright pink with a natural satin finish, it's not neon but very bright, I like the subtle satin finish but if you prefer shine just apply topcoat for a superglossy finish.

Love, love love! I like odd colours like this yellow/lime blend. The formula of this shade is good, but a little thicker than the other Butter polishes (luckily it's not unmanageable like many similar yellow shades) and since I always apply quit thick coats you can see that I missed a spot on my pinkie.

Giddy Kipper 2 coats, no topcoat
A gorgeous blue shimmer, a serene and calm shade which applied like a dream. This shade is a stunner.
This collection also offers a bright yellow(Pimms) , bright orange(Silly Billy) and a white (cotton buds) shade of nail lacquer with the Butter London 3 free formula. The bottle holds 11ml and the large cap is separated from the actual brush so that is a great plus (I hate it when you have to apply polish with a big size cap attached to the brush) These are my first Butter London polishes and I am sure there will be more soon I love the shades, formula and the funny names of the polishes...Curious about my wishlist? Here are a few of the Butter London shades I really want:
Champers, Cuppa, Kerkluffle, Bit Faker, Two Fingered salute, Sprog & Muggins.
Butter London is available at the Butter London websites (Canada US & UK) and in some countries at Douglas online stores (Germany) What do you think of these Butter London polishes?
